This Charming Cabin is a year round
Cottage with lake access to Millecoquin Lake. It
comes with a very nice Garden Tub, 14' Fishing boat. (Motors
can be rented.) Our Cabin is fully furnished (however: please note - some
furnishings have been replaced).
This darling Cabin is waiting for you
and your family. Pack your bags and have the time of your life at
this wonderful lake Cabin.
Cost: By
the week is $450, Per
day is $80 (minimum of 3 nights, or rent
from September (Labor day) to May (Memorial Day) for $500 a month (Not
including Utilities).
One boat without motor is furnished with cabin. Boat
Motor Rental $25 per day, which does not include
Fuel. Tank will be filled at beginning of rental period and
person renting must fill tank at end of rental or pay
$30 for Fuel fill-up.

CHECK
IN/OUT: After 3 PM and by 9 AM for Check out
CANCELLATIONS:
All changes or cancellations must be received by telephone and then by E-Mail to confirm. A Full refund less a $35 cancellation fee will be given as long as the notice of cancellation is no longer than 30 days of reservation stay date. If proper notice is not given as indicated, the deposit will be forfeited. If you have to change your reservation to a different date, that change must also be made
prior to 30 days of reservation stay.
REFUNDS: No refunds will be given due to weather conditions or for early departures. This property is privately owned and operated. Amenities, descriptions, furniture, etc. are subject to change without notice. Rice's Rental Cabin will not give refunds in the event of a mechanical failure or absence of any item, or for any public utility problem. No student groups, house parties or receptions are allowed in this cabin. If guest are found to be having a party, they will be asked to vacate the cabin and no refunds will be given.

A non-refundable Security Deposit of $50 is due immediately upon

PETS:
Pets are permitted in rental home only with prior approval. $5 per
night pet fee applies. No
dogs allowed by the water!
- All pets must be on leashes at all times.
- Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up any/all pet refuse.
- Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time. Any evidence of
pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees.
- All pets must be up to date on rabies vaccinations and all
other vaccinations. Proof will be required during check
in. Heartworm preventative is highly
recommended.
- All pets are to be treated with Advantage or similar topical
flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas
and ticks are very rampant in this area and can cause
harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets. All items above are
the sole responsibility of the pet owner.
- The homeowners assume no responsibility for illness, injury,
or escape that may incur to pets while on the premises.
- “Vicious or Dangerous Dogs” trained for dog fighting or
with any tendency or disposition to attack any dog other
domestic animals or humans without provocation, are not
permitted at any time.
